11/23
Today we had a banquet to celebrate the result of the Variety summer Internship in 2013.
I got the Business Management Award.
I’m glad to meet my varsity friends again.
After the banquet, I talked with friends about our future with alcohol.
I appreciate the Japanese employment system.
I really thank Boston Career Forum because such a forum provides Japanese students an opportunity without going back to Japan.
My many Chinese Malaysian friends are struggling to get a job in the U.S because of Visa.
Even they can speak English and Chinese fluently, it’s tough for foreigners to get a job here.
Also, they need to go back to Malaysia to get a job.
One Malaysian friend told me that the first average salary is $900 there.
Japanese first average salary is more than twice, like $2000.
Actually, they are brilliant.
I don’t think I have the right to get a salary twice because I don’t have the ability to deserve it.
I felt that there is a big gap between developed countries and developing countries.
Besides, one friend told me that his father is a president of a small company.
But he didn’t want to go back soon. He wants to show he can make money by his-self.
I also talked with my Hong Kong friend, very Honest, my sincere friend.
He told me that he wants to work supply chain system.
He is looking for a job in the US before going back to Hong Kong.
He said that “You know, as a salesman, everybody doesn’t like us because customers believe we think about our profit. But, I want to prove that I think about customer’s profit in a big heart.”
Yeah, I appreciate this internship because I met so many amazing students.
I got energy and learned Hungry Mind from them.
Thank you!
