Today, it was humid and hot. I got luggage from Japan. I was relieved because I was able to get my books and clothing.
At last, I bought a bicycle! It was a pity that I couldn’t believe it at District bicycle, which is one of the fashionable bicycle shops since the store didn’t have used but nice bikes. I gave up buying a bike there because it took at least 300$ to buy a new one there. So, I purchased one at Wal-Mart. To be a surprise, I got a new one for only 60$, although it seems broken easily compared to other shop’s bicycles.
It was a little bit tough for me to go back to my apartment from Wal-Mart. Not only am I a stranger, but also the hot weather made me sweat. But using a bicycle is convenient because of the vast OSU campus. So I was glad to pay for it.
At night, my RA gave me “American tea.” It was made with a lot of sugar, so it was too sweaty for me to drink. People, places, food, books, everything is more prominent than in Japan. I wish I am also become a big man, of course not my body!
Tomorrow, I will meet my school adviser. I hope to be able to keep up with my studies.
