Today, I talked with one Japanese friend.
She is interested in food.
“Why we cannot choose safe food? We don’t have enough information we eat!”
She said.
I also think it’s strange we can’t access farmers’ information.
I think consumers will be happy if producers provide information that what we eat.
At the same time, producers, like farmers, also can get the motivation to grow food since they can show their bland.
