Today, I had a very funny experience!
Before the econometric class, we talked about my friend country.
He’s from Afghanistan, and he said he is from middle of Asia, rather than Middle East.
My American friend became astonished and he questioned that word.
In this class, there are 5 Americans and also from China, India, Cambodia, Egypt, Japan, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and Iraq.
American: Middle East!!!(5)
Chinese: Middle East
Indian: Middle East (1) and Asia (1)
Egyptian: Asia
Japanese: Middle East
Cambodia: No comment( I think he thought Middle East…
Bangladeshi: Asia
Iraq: (no answer since he was late.)
I thought he is from Middle East.
But, his face looks like Persian!

Another thing that attracted my attention is whether “India” is Asia or not by American friend since their face is different from Oriental.
I also think that looking at people from the name of land part is stupid because there are nor Asia nor Europe. They were created in modern era.
