If we have expectation as well as Japanese service quality, it’s hard to live in U.S.
Car mechanic, study advisor, residential hall, all most of all service are devastating without tip.
I get used to it, but I’m irritated every time.
Now, I have a problem for residential halls.
I’m irritated because of un-efficiency.
Many worker don’t understand the process of works.
They tend to give only one suggestion to proceed solving a problem and tell me the important information later.
Thus, I need to do paper work again and again…
I know Japanese service quality is too high, probably no.1 in the world, but I can’t understand it…
